Apartment houses "Nová Úpická" is the second stage of the construction of our company. These are three houses that are divided into six entrances A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2 with a shared underground garage with 83 parking spots.
The parking spots in the garage are different sizes, so it is possible to choose according to your preference and possibilities (means – ak myslis penazne moznosti), including disability ones. There is a cellar behind most of the parking spots. There are 23 outdoor parking spots in front of the house and they are equipped with a barrier.
The set of apartment buildings contains various layouts of apartments from 1+KK to 5+KK, which are maisonettes. The apartments are designed in light colors and with higher standard.
